Can I buy fireworks all year?: We are licensed to sale retail fireworks all year.
What rules are there about when I can use fireworks?: You can use fireworks any day of the year up until 11pm. Bonfire 12pm and New Years 1pm. See Firework Law.
What is the difference between fireworks I can buy online and your shop?: Most of the online stock you can also buy at our store. Fireworks below £20 i.e. small selection boxes, packs of rockets, catherine wheels and small cakes are not available online but can be bought in our shop. This is because the cost of packing and mailing would be more expensive than the firework itself. Download the 2008 price list to get information on all of our products.
Where can I buy sparklers and glowsticks?: We sell packs of sparklers and glow sticks in our shop.
Can I buy big rockets?: Large rockets will be available this year. The European rules for mailing large rockets have changed. This has caused problems throughout the industry. Our suppliers now use 'Pyro-Mesh' to package big rockets so we can continue to sell and mail them to you.
Do you have special offers?: At Bonfire and New Years we mail out a list of all the new products. This includes both on-line and shop stock that will be available along with special offers. Download the 2008 price list to get information on all our products and special offers.
I am planning a display can you select the best products for my money?: If you are planning a display and you would like help, then it's best to contact us at least a week or two before our busy periods - Bonfire and New Year. You will also get the best choice of the stock!
Can I order my fireworks now and pick them up at a later date?: We offer a pre-pay service over the telephone. Just tell us what you want and the date that you will be coming in to pick up and we will have the fireworks ready for you.
How long does it take to deliver fireworks?: It usually takes 3 days once we have received the order. If you would like the fireworks delivered at a later date then please call or email us with your preferred date. We will try to arrange for delivery as close to the date as possible.
